ABOUT US

This 21st century African Diaspora is composed of people who, irrespective of their current citizenship and nationality, are willing to contribute to the development of Africa. Starting with their local community. Whether its for the pursuit of increased economic and civil stability, better health and well being, or to embark on a new job or join a loved one, millions of Africans are living outside their country of region. ADUD believe that ALL African are ONE PEOPLE and intends to be driving force behind the Diaspora communities.

OUR FOCUS

Doing Good Does Good

Our Mission

The African Diaspora United for Development (ADUD) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization created to empower African peoples living worldwide by engaging and partnering with individuals, businesses, agencies, and institutions in a collaborative effort to build stronger African communities through education and social development.

Our Vision

We envision African Diaspora communities standing strong together to address social and educational needs in Africa and worldwide. ADUD staff and trained volunteers will educate and connect people to resources and encourage community collaboration through social and professional networking events to address health, youth, families, welfare, and community development issues.

Our Core values

Through our principal pillars Help and Health, Educate and Empowerment, Lead, and Promote Philanthropy (HELP), we assist our local diaspora communities by developing programs in direct response to community needs and providing resources in the United States and abroad. ADUD staff and trained volunteers will educate and connect people to resources.

TESTIMONIALS

We understand your requirement and provide quality works.

Blaise from Benin

“…..I feel great today by the grace of God. My challenge is to continue to work hard to make it with my family. Juve Lima and the ADUD really helped me, especially my first week here to go to the social security administration and help to fill out job applications. It is the most special feeling when you are new in this country and you get your first job! ADUD helped me get my start and I appreciate what they have done for me.”

Lumen from Togo.

“I like my life. I have a job. My goal here is to work and have a good life. Back home there was no work. When I first came, it was very hard, I had to learn to speak English. Juve Lima and ADUD helped me learn how to talk to people and find my first job as a secretary.”
